Decisions: I won't have a car. I'll have a motobike.
                We'll take the 7:30 bus.

Offers: I'll help you with your work.
           Shall I open the door? (Use Shall (I/We) when an offer is a question.

Promises: I'll always love you.
               I won't tell to your mother.
